*The situations of the students who applied to our institute's graduate programs in accordance with Article 35 of the Amnesty Law No. 7417 and Article 83 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 are being evaluated by the amnesty adaptation commission until 23/02/2023, and the opening of the spring semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year has been temporarily postponed until a second announcement.
